As above.
Chasing a type-x kit, don't care on colour. PM me with what you've got.
Chasing a stock s13/180sx turboback exhaust. With cat (or what looks like a cat).
Hi peeps, Going to get off my arse and get the 180 working again... Exhaust needs work. It's currently 3" turbo-back (full stainless), with a mid-muffler (hot dog style) ending in a cannon. It has no cat converter. The 180 is dumped, its arse drags on the ground. When changing lanes, the exhaust scrapes on the cats eyes, and they flick off down the road behind you. I need to find a workshop to get the exhaust lifted (there's quite a bit of space, so should be possible), and somewhere to get a cat (with flanges) put in. I'm located near Mount Lawley, so somewhere NOR would be better, although I don't mind going south if its needed! I also need a new dump pipe, to suit t28. Suggestions? Cheers (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
Hi Guys, Currently in the process of rewiring everything, and i'm having a few issues with the alarm door sensors (so the alarm knows the door is open). It uses the factory sensors that are in place which turn on the little light on the dash when a door is open. The drivers door pressure sensor has three wires, one red (positive), and two green. It earths through the screw that holds it into the door frame. The passengers side pressure sensor has one wire only, red (positive). Like the drivers, it earths through the screw which secures it to the inside of the car door frame. Now my question. I was supplied with the following wiring diagram with the alarm instal instructions, it's quite vauge. (IMG: http://i127.photobucket.com/albums/p126/bodyboarding_bum/DSCF9542.jpg) The 'Negative trigger' wire coming from the alarm unit is Blue, the 'Positive trigger' wire coming from the unit is Green. I've tried connecting the green (positive trigger) to the red (positive wire) on the drivers door, and the blue (negative trigger) to the red on the passengers door, didn't work. I then tried the blue (neg trigger) to the other two wires on the drivers side plug (green, unknown what they are though) and it also didn't work. Suggestions? While writing this, it has come to me that perhaps i am supposed to connect the wires not to the pressure sensors in the door frames, but to the wiring that goes behind the dash cluster which triggers the little red light in the dash? There would be one positive for the light, and a combined negative for that entire plug, correct? Sorry about writing such an essay, but it was the only way to get across all the required information (IMG: style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I also have a few questions about wiring in the indicator flashers when the alarm is armed, and the side indicators on my ganador mirrors. If anyone knows how to do either of this, and where to tap into, please do share!! Thanks in advance, Kyle.
Okay, so such a simple thing is proving to be VERY difficult. I need a set of wheel nuts to suit bolt-on, hubcentric spacers. Nowhere down south here has been able to help me, and i've gotten a lot of blank looks.
Anyone know for sure where i can get some M12 x 1.25 nuts, to suit wheel spacers. They have to have a small head inorder to tighten them, and must be short.
Cheers, Kyle.
